You Oughta Know May Blog Hop

Linking up with Buzzing with Mrs. McClain for May's You Oughta Know Blog Hop.

Do you ever just need some inspiration for some new ideas to weave into your math lessons and engage students? Well, here are two sites you Oughta Know About.

Teacher Tipster on YouTube. Check out some videos here: Teacher Tipster. I really like some of his math videos. They are engaging. They put on a new spin on topics. Check out Teacher Tipster to see some new ideas when teaching time, place value, and problem solving to name a few.

Heath Teacher is another site you oughta visit. Check out his Teacher Math section. Check out the leveled math questions that could be used to foster math talk in the classroom. You can find some videos here: Heath Teacher YouTube. Videos are a great way to teach/review concepts while engaging students.
